APPROACH TO HEALTHCARE:
Kristina Fair, APN, is an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University and completed her advanced training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), focusing on acute and critical care in adult and gerontology populations.

Since 2014, Kristina has provided specialized urology surgical care at St. Clare’s Hospitals and Morristown Medical Center. She also brings extensive hospitalist and internal medicine experience from her work with Morristown Medical Center and Hackettstown Medical Center since 2015. Her clinical interests include urological malignancies, BPH, kidney stone management and men’s health.

Kristina believes in treating every patient with respect and compassion. She strives to connect with her patients and ensure they have the most positive healthcare experience possible, regardless of their condition. By empowering her patients with knowledge, Kristina ensures that they are active, informed participants in their healthcare decisions, working together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
